DéLonghi do not have any current promotions running at this date.
The "Christmas Bonus Gift Packs" was the last online redemption promotion that we ran, the closing date for purchase of products and online submissions was: 8/01/2012 and the final date that we must have received proof of purchase BY MAIL is: 22/01/2012. If you have missed the date for online registrations please complete the redemption form given to you by your retailer and post it to us with a photocopy of your store receipt. If you do not have a copy of a redemption form please fill out our contact form selecting "Redemptions and bonus offers enquiries" and request we email you a redemption form, please specify the model number you purchased so that the correct form is sent.
Please also refer to the terms and conditions of the promotion which outline that an allowance of 14 weeks from the closing date of the promotion needs to be made before receiving your redemption.
We do endeavour to work well within these guidelines, and the turnaround is often less than 8 weeks, but regretfully we cannot give every individual participant a specific date for delivery given the huge volume of entries received across multiple promotions at any given time.
If your redemption is not received by you within the time outlined in the Terms and Conditions, please don't hesitate to contact us on 1800 126 659 so that we may run a track and trace with our transport providers on your behalf.
